it's been a while, but
spn_fridayfive!
1.) Season 3 is over! How will you be spending the summer hiatus?
Supernatural-wise, I will read fic and maybe actually post some of my own even though half of the stuff I was working on has now been Kripke'd thanks to the finale. I do have this one thing that I started months before the finale where Dean actually did go to hell, but Sam saved him and Dean is learning how to live again. I'm afraid fic like that is going to pop up EVERYWHERE now though, and it will undoubtedly be better than mine, hahaha. XD
2.) What was your reaction to the season 3 finale?
LOVED IT. It pretty much redeemed a very lackluster season for me. I expected the end. But I did NOT expect to be that upset over it. I think that was Jared's best crying scene EVER, and honestly, the best crying scene of the entire series. Jensen made that very lame looking hell-type place absolutely horrifying with the way he was screaming for Sam. CAN'T UNSEEEEE. So yeah, loved it. I like all of Kripke's episodes. It's Sera Gamble I have some issues with because sometimes she turns the boys into pussies and she gives all my favorite characters horrific death scenes (which Kripke probably tells her to do, so can't really blame her there...). I REALLY WANT RAELLE TUCKER TO COME BACK, WOE.
3.) How do you feel about what happened with Bela in 3x15, "Time Is On My Side"?
I didn't feel anything because it was boring just like the rest of the times she'd shown up. It seemed like a sloppy way to tie her in to the rest of the story by letting her tell Dean that Lilith held his contract. Bela had SIX EPISODES (what secondary SPN character can say that, besides John, Bobby, Ellen, and Ruby?), and I just feel like that was more than enough time for her to prove her potential and contribute something to the series. Gordon and Henriksen deserved as much time as Bela got OMG *woes*
4.) Would you like to see more of Ruby in season 4? Would you like her character to slowly be filtered out of the show? Or something else?
I want her to show up again if her character is relevant. If they bring her back, they'd better give her a clear purpose. I like Ruby and I don't want to see her wasted or become useless. If she doesn't? Well, I will miss her because I'm in love with Katie Cassidy, but Sam and Dean are the reason I watch, obvs. Although now people are saying that Ruby might show up in a different body, and that actually makes sense to me. However, it will be sad to see someone else play Ruby. D:
5.) From what we've seen so far, did you like the Yellow-Eyed Demon more than Lilith? Why or why not? Do you like how Kripke & co. are handling the Lilith storyline so far? Explain, if you wish.
Okay, The YED storyline did not scare me at all. It was actually pretty laughable. The YED was hilarious and while I like hilarious... I wanted him to be scary. And I'll be the first to admit that I watched all of child!Lilith's scenes on mute because I don't like children or people terrorizing families, so IDK actually, haha. I did like Katie's portrayal of Lilith, though. It's like, she pulled all this Lolita shit out of nowhere and it was completely awesome. Her voice didn't even sound a thing like Ruby's. Whee, Katie.
